What does the plan include?
The primary plan includes five DICOM viewer and server licences, cloud DICOM storage, AI-powered report writing, speech-to-text dictation, template management, secure study sharing, and the AI chat assistant.
Can I add more licences or storage later?
Yes. Add a +5 viewer and server licence pack, or encrypted imaging cloud storage. Add-ons only activate when the primary plan is active.
Do longer terms get a discount?
Yes. A 6-month purchase is billed at the price of 5 months, and a 12-month purchase is billed at the price of 10 months. Savings are applied automatically at checkout.
How does billing and renewal work?
Billing is monthly in USD. There's no long lock-in — continue only while it fits your practice. If the primary plan lapses, access pauses and add-ons deactivate until renewed.
What is the Enterprise plan?
Enterprise plans include your own hosted PACS server (faster, private), automatic cloud backup, integrated reporting workflows, and worklist management — built for larger groups and teleradiology networks. Email [email protected] to discuss your setup.
What is DN Viewer and how does it relate?
DN Viewer is our free native desktop DICOM viewer for Mac and Windows. It is a separate product — no subscription required to open local DICOM files or connect to a DICOM server. Enterprise customers get DN Viewer integrated directly with the hosted PACS server. Download it at donutviewer.com.
